World Water Day - WASH LAC Experiences 2025
The Caribbean region is highly vulnerable to natural disasters, including hurricanes, floods, droughts, and earthquakes, which often disrupt water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services. To enhance preparedness, response, and recovery efforts, the Caribbean Development Partners Group (CDPG) have established the WASH Thematic Group (WTG). This platform aims to facilitate coordination, information sharing, and collaboration among key WASH stakeholders to ensure a timely, efficient, and effective WASH response during emergencies in the Caribbean. This document provides a structured framework for the WTG to operate.
